Mr. Lancaster is involved with management, having managed groups from 40-650 people. He is also involved in the implementation of plans for businesses and the marketing and selling of products. Frederich has experience in numerous areas that help improve businesses.

During his collegiate career, Frederich earned a Master's degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University. He is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers, Military Order of World Wards, Disabled American Veterans, and the University of Pittsburgh Alumni Association.
