Thomas A. Withrow Joins The Stanford Who's Who Community

Withrow to the exclusive network of premier professionals as a result of his exceptional service to the military community. As an EFMP Manager at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Mr. Withrow has consistently displayed the passion, vision, and dedication necessary to be mentioned among the elite.

Thomas serves as Manager of the Exceptional Family Member Program at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He takes great pride in helping military personnel and civilians with disabilities. Mr. Withrow is responsible for registering individual's services, identifying their needs, directing them to correct department, and getting them to a clinic.

The Exceptional Family Member Program is a mandatory enrollment program for dependent Family members of Active Army, U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers in the USAR Active Guard Reserve Program and Army National Guard AGR personnel serving under authority of Title 10, United Sates Code and Title 32, United States Code, who have been diagnosed with any medical or educational need that requires any kind of special medical, education, therapy, treatment or counseling.

Mr. Withrow also has an entrepreneurial side, serving as an Independent Business Owner with Amway. During his collegiate career, he earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Strayer University. Thomas is a member of the Norbeck Community Church. In addition, he is an avid outdoors enthusiast who greatly enjoys fishing and hunting.
