Robert C. Roye Honored for Accomplishments in Information Technology

MANASSAS, VA, September 21, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Robert C. Roye, President and Chief Executive Officer for Innovative Management and Technical Consulting, LLC (IMTEC), has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in information technology management.

At IMTEC, Mr. Roye is responsible for overseeing the business development and consulting services for four IT companies, in providing IT Services and IT Products to the Federal Agencies. Prior to his current position he served as Director of Business Development for QSS/Perot, and VP Defense & Civilian Programs with SoftConcept. Prior, he retired from the Federal Government as Director of Information Management (GS-15) with the United States Army. With over 40 years of professional IT experience, Mr. Roye attributes his success to being an Innovative Leader, managing multi-functional teams, programs, and contracts. He has proven expertise and consistent success in developing business strategies and strong and creative "think outside of the box" teams that are customer focused.

A member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association International, Mr. Roye completed coursework in business management at the Northern Virginia Community College. He has been recognized by the United States Army with a Meritorious Civilian Service Award, a Superior Civilian Service Award, and two Commander's Civilian Awards. Mr. Roye spends his free time teaching after school basic computer. He participates in church mission work and is an amateur golfer.
