Patrick Guy Wolcott celebrates five years as an emergency manager of the United States Department of Defense

VISTA, CA, September 10, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Patrick Guy Wolcott, Emergency Manager for the United States Department of Defense, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in project management.

With five years of experience as an emergency manager of the United States Department of Defense, Patrick Guy Wolcott is responsible for reviewing scripts from the intelligence unit, managing projects, setting up shelters, emergencies, planning operations, and coordinating teams from different areas to function as one. Prior to joining the United States Department of Defense, Mr. Wolcott served in the United States Air Force and the Logan City Police Department, Logan Utah. He became involved in his profession after serving in the United States Air Force, and he attributes his success to his skills involving the management of people and building collaborative working teams.

Mr. Wolcott has received his Master of Human Resource Management, his Bachelor of Business Administration and his Associate Degree in Criminal Justice. In addition to his formal education, he holds certifications in emergency management and homeland security. He is a member of The American Board for Certification in Homeland Security, the International Association of Chiefs of Police and the International Association of Emergency Management.
