Dr. Miller has 25 years of overall professional experience. At the Cosmetic & Reconstructive Surgery of Tulsa, he performs face lifts, and reconstructive and cosmetic breast surgery. Prior to his current position, he served as an airborne ranger for the United States Army. He is the recipient of the Oklahoma's Best Doctors Award.

In 1980, Mr. Miller earned his MD from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He earned his Master of Science in Immunochemistry in 1979 from the University of Texas at Austin, and his Bachelor of Arts in French and Russian in 1970 from The Citadel. As a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Pediatrics, he serves as president of the Oklahoma State Plastic Surgery Society. He is a member of the Association of Military Surgeons of the United States, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
