Vicki K. Barr celebrates six years as a budget officer for the United States Department of Defense

She became involved in her position after serving in the United States Air Force, and she attributes her success to her ability to perform a good job and her desire to excel.

Ms. Barr received her Master's Degree in General Administration from Central Michigan University in 1994, her Associate of Science in Business Management from the University of Maryland in 1988, her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from University of Maryland in 1984, and her Associate of Applied Science in Logistics Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
