Mr. Jeffers has a BS in Electronics Engineering (1966) from Hampton University, VA. For 37 years, he applied his people management skills to his engineering job on a daily basis. Prior to retiring, he served as an Engineering and Program Manager for Lockheed Martin Corporation, where he specialized in Systems Engineering. The company provides Electronics Systems, Information Technology Services, Systems Integration and Training for the United States government and for Foreign Military Sales.

Currently, Mr. Jeffers focuses his energy on managing Big Bike Chopper Rental, LLC, a highend motorcycle rental company that provides custom motorcycle rentals and design. As the Owner of the business, he manages renting and servicing of the bikes and ensures customer satisfaction.
