Edward S. Cartlidge was recognized by the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers

ABSECON, NJ, June 21, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Edward S. Cartlidge, Senior Project Manager for Advanced Solar Products, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in engineering.

With 40 years of professional experience, Mr. Cartlidge has been employed by Advanced Solar Products, Inc. for the past year. He joined his field after becoming concerned by the global need for renewable energy and emissions reduction. As a senior project manager, Mr. Cartlidge oversees the design, construction and installation of solar products and photovoltaic power systems. Formerly, he served as a commander in the United States Navy Reserve for 20 years.

Mr. Cartlidge received a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering and a MBA in Finance and Management, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's Degree in the New Testament. A registered professional engineer, he is a member of the American Solar Energy Society, the National Fire Protection Association, National Society of Professional Engineers and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers International. In 1980, Mr. Cartlidge was recognized by the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers with a Young Engineer of the Year Award.
