With over 25 years of field experience, Mr. Judd has been employed as the vice president of business development for HCI for the past year and a half. His expertise is in logistics, training and information technology. In his position, he is responsible for managing, developing new work, company operations and maintaining business contracts. He attributes his success to knowing what the customer needs and his customer service skills.

Mr. Judd completed coursework in Business Administration at Grantham University.
