Nadia Prachtakov Honored by Cambridge Who's Who
Nadia Prachtakov celebrates five years at the helm of Florida's Porto Components Inc.

BOCA RATON, FL, May 20, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Nadia Prachtakov, Administrator and CEO of Porto Components Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in business administration.

With all of her intentions set on becoming an interior designer, Nadia Prachtakov's perspective changed when she was exposed to the electronics industry. It was a close friend that first introduced her to the company, Power Line Components, which sold electrical components and airline parts. With little experience in the industry, it was Ms. Prachtakov's ability to speak Portuguese that landed her the position with the firm. After gaining more than a decade of experience in the industry, she made the bold decision to strike out on her own to establish Porto Components Inc. For little over five years now, she has played a pivotal role in turning Porto into a leading supplier of aircraft and mechanical parts to the military, commercial aircraft and electronics industry. Ms. Prachtakov is responsible for handling sales, managing accounts payable and receivable, and overseeing purchases and customer service.

Ms. Prachtakov holds an associate of arts in interior design from Bauder College, earned in 1987. She is actively involved with a number of charitable organizations including the National Children's Cancer Society, the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc., the American National Red Cross and the March of Dimes. As she moves forward in her career, she aspires to become one of Florida's leading executives.
