Darryle E. Brown Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
Darryle E. Brown has been in human resources and at the law enforcement level as well as the municipal level.

AURORA, CO, May 26, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ --Darryle E. Brown, Human Resources Specialist for the Western Area Power Administration, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership, and excellence in human resources.

With eight years of professional experience, Mr. Brown attributes his success to the support he receives from his mentors. As a human resources specialist, he is responsible for managing human resources functions for Western's senior level executives. He previously served the City and County of Denver and the Denver Sheriff's Department in diverse human resources assignments from 1994 to 2009. He also previously served in the United States Air Force as a sergeant from 1985 to 1989.

Mr. Brown earned his Master's of Business Administration in 2008 from Aspen University. He is a member of the Toastmasters International, where he received the Toastmaster of the Year award and the Colorado Association of Black Journalists, where he received the Public Relations Professional of the Year Award in 2005 and was also a two-time recipient of the Scribes in Excellence Award in 2002 and 2008. Additionally, he received Creative Excellence Award from the U.S International Film and Video Festival in 2002 and the Pioneer Award for Best Practices and Innovation from the City and County of Denver in 2000.
