With four years of experience as a staff sergeant, Mr. Rushmeyer attributes his success to his upbringing and the support he receives from his supervisors. He is responsible for performing maintenance on fighter aircraft and weapon systems. He became involved in his profession because of the inspiration he received from his father, who served in the U.S. Air Force for 21 years. Mr. Rushmeyer participated in coursework at Baptist University.
