Tracie R. Kuchark Owens celebrates 19 years of Federal Government Service

LEONARDTOWN, MD, November 23, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tracie R. Kuchark Owens, NSIV PM for the Naval Air Systems Command, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in military service.

With 19 years of professional experience, Ms. Kuchark Owens' expertise is in problematics. On a daily basis, she supports naval aviation war fighters. She became involved in her profession while serving on active duty. She attributes her success to being part of a good team.

In 2005, Ms. Kuchark Owens received a bachelor's degree in management administration from The State University of New York. In addition, she completed an executive leadership program for the Acquisition Professionals Community, now known as the Defense Acquisition Corps. A participant in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, Ms. Kuchark Owens is a supporter of the Special Olympics. She hopes to transition into using a new approach to her work, aspiring to meet different challenges.
