Michael S. Driber Showcases Professional Brand through Cambridge Who's Who
Michael S. Driber is third generation in his family to go into the law enforcement field
EWING, NJ, November 10, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Michael S. Driber, Senior Corrections Officer at the New Jersey Department of Corrections, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in law enforcement.
With 21 years of professional experience, Mr. Driber attributes his success to his religious faith and strong moral foundations. As a senior corrections officer, he is in charge of firearms training, evaluating re-qualifications and maintaining a safe and secure environment within the security perimeter. He previously served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1980 until 1986.
Mr. Driber attended various U.S. Marine Corps schools and state corrections schools. A state senior adult corrections officer, he is a certified firearms instructor, defensive tactics instructor, and searches of persons and area instructor. He is a lifetime member of the New Jersey State Policemen's Benevolent Association, the National Rifle Association, the Marine Corps League, the North American Hunting Club and The Royal Order of Scotland.
In 1984 and 1983, Mr. Driber received the Meritorious Masts from the U.S. Marine Corps. He was listed on the New Jersey Governors 20 Pistol Team for State Law Enforcement, and received the Meritorious Service Award for actions taken in a riot from the New Jersey Department of Corrections. Additionally, he received various National Rifle Association Pistol Awards.
