Fulgencio Bob Ibanez has increased his business by over 100 percent in less than six years

SANTA FE SPRINGS, CA, November 11, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Fulgencio Bob Ibanez, Partner and Plant Engineer at West Coast Plastics, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in plant development, operations and maintenance.

Eleven years ago, Mr. Ibanez helped form West Coast Plastics, Inc., which provides companies with packaging containers and industrial products, including acid and windshield wiper fluid. In his position, he ensures that plant equipment is in good condition, purchases supplies, and refurbishes machines. Living by the idea that there is always room for growth, Mr. Ibanez has been successful in the expansion of his company from 15 employees to over 100. In fewer than six years, he has increased his business by over 100 percent.

A former member of the U.S. Air Force, he spends his time away from West Coast Plastics, Inc. as a consultant. In this capacity, he works primarily in Mexico and South America, helping others open plants, and rebuild and remodel equipment.

Mr. Ibanez holds an Associate of Arts in manufacturing and is a senior member of the Society of Plastic Engineers. In the near future, he hopes to retire and remain involved with the plant on a part-time basis. He intends to continue mentoring his younger partners in the development and expansion of the business.
