Mr. Barragan has over 30 years of safety experience in Strategic Risk Management. His expertise is in public safety, and he is responsible for overseeing the daily business operations of Barragan Corp International, a Strategic Risk Management company. Management staff are all retired U.S. Marines with over 55 years of combined experience in public safety. Mr. Barragan is also a retired U.S. Marine Corps. Sergeant Major. He attributes his success to his hard work, determination, tenacity and military training.

A 2002 graduate of Park University, Mr. Barragan received a bachelor's degree in business management. He is a member of the National Veteran Owned Businesses Association, the American Society of Safety Engineers and the National Safety Council. He is also a certified OSHA instructor. Mr. Barragan lends his services to support several non profit entities, such as Hospice of the Valley on a volunteer basis.
