Daniel F. Duefrene celebrates 33 years as a forestry technician for the United States Forest Service

REDDING, CA, October 27, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Daniel F. Duefrene, Forestry Technician for the United States Forest Service, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in labor relations.

With 33 years of experience as a forestry technician for the United States Forest Service, Daniel F. Duefrene has been responsible for overseeing fire suppression and restoration of natural resources, negotiating change, resolving union issues, and training and representing employees. Mr. Duefrene has stopped competitive sourcing in the United States Forest Service through the Government Accountability Office. He became involved in his position through the extensive knowledge he gained in fire suppression and natural resource management, and he attributes his success to his perseverance.

Mr. Duefrene received his Associate Degree from the College of the Redwoods. He is a member of Vietnam Veterans of America and Veterans for Peace.
