William H. Harding, Jr. has served in the United States Army since the age of 17

With 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Harding specializes in safety management for the United States Army. As he takes responsibility in explosive ordnance disposal programs, he has worked in numerous dangerous environments.

Mr. Harding received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Lafayette College. Having lived in Vietnam for over two years, he is currently a member of the American First Day Cover Society and the Military Officers Association of America.
