With 29 years of professional experience, Mr. Butts specializes in the design, setup and installation of telecommunication equipment. He is responsible for designing networks, managing government contracts and contracts with the Department of Defense, ensuring provisional standards, training and mentoring, and delivering presentations. General Dynamics is a defense contracting company that provides shipbuilding and marine systems, defense systems, land and amphibious combat systems, and munitions. Prior to joining General Dynamics, Mr. Butts worked as a master sergeant and operation location chief for the United States Air Force, which helped prepare him for his current position. He attributes his success to his courage and willingness to volunteer in order to gain hands-on experience.

Mr. Butts received his Master's Degree in Telecommunications and Computers from The George Washington University and his Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications from Strayer University. In the future, he intends to work as a leader in the telecommunications field and continue to design networks.
