Ms. Moore brings to her position 24 years of military experience with the United States Army. She has additionally worked for the National Institutes of Health and with the criminally insane at the Federal Bureau of Prisons and St. Elizabeth's Hospital. A recognized authority in the healthcare industry, she presented a paper on mentorship at a national conference of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association. Ms. Moore holds a bachelor of science in nursing from College of Mount St. Joseph. She is a certified psychiatric and mental health nurse.
