Sean J. Sammut Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
Sean J. Sammut has been in law enforcement and security for 24 years
JACKSON, MO, November 30, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Sean J. Sammut, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Specialist at DynCorp International LLC, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in defense services.
As an explosive ordnance disposal specialist at DynCorp International LLC, Mr. Sammut is responsible for supporting programs in Afghanistan, training and operating the deployment of police for plants producing opium. Previously, he served in active duty in U.S. Marine Corps from 1981 to 1998 and in reserve from 1993 to 1994, as well as the United States Army reserve from 2001 to 2006. He also served as a deputy in North Carolina as a sheriff's deputy, police officer and as a police chief. He attributes his success to his work ethic, experience in the Marine Corps and to the support he receives from his parents.
Mr. Sammut completed coursework in criminal justice at Craven Community College and is a member of the International Association of Bomb Technicians and Investigators. He hopes to become involved with United States Public Safety on the federal or municipal level.
