Broken Arrow, OK, October 2, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Helena C. Neumann, formerly of the British Royal Air Force and currently Marketing & Sales Director of Poached Pear Enterprises Inc. (Executive Catering), has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing Dedication, Leadership and Excellence in all aspects of both Military Service and Corporate Operations.

Ms. Neumann-Victory enjoyed a fruitful 27-year career with the British Royal Air Force prior to her retirement in November 2007. Considered an expert in Business, Finance, Contract Management and the monitoring of Supply and Logistics, she now utilizes her skills to negotiate contracts catering to businesses and executives within the North East Oklahoma Area.

During her time in the Service, Ms. Neumann-Victory was listed in the Queen's Birthday Honor's List and the Queen's New Year Honor's List for business excellence. A recipient of the Kathleen Turner Memorial Prize for Business Person of the Year, she attributes her success to her hard work and dedication.

A graduate of The Open University in the United Kingdom, Ms. Neumann-Victory received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology majoring in Occupational Psychology. She is a former member of the Oxford Chamber of Commerce in the UK and now a member of the Tulsa Metro Chamber for Poached Pear Enterprises Inc. Her goals for the future include setting up a division within Poached Pear as a Business Consultant.
