Ronald G. Magee Helped Redefine Modern Warfare

PARKVILLE, MO, September 6, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ronald G. Magee, who has retired from the U.S. Army TRADOC Analysis Center as Director of Operations, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in military operations.

With 35 years of professional experience, Mr. Magee is widely lauded for his role in helping redefine modern warfare. An expert in motorized infantry brigades, he lent his talents to the U.S. Army TRADOC Analysis Center, where he was responsible for redefining the Army's fighting and command strategies, and implementing modern technology to combat non-state enemies and insurgents in urban areas around the world. Previously, Mr. Magee served in the United States Coast Guard and continued as an active reservist for 20 years. He concluded his distinguished career as a member of the Senior Executive Service, the highest rank the military bestows on civilians. He attributes his success to his diligence and ability to develop abstract concepts into viable solutions.

Mr. Magee completed training at the United States Naval War College in 1988 and at the U.S. Army War College in 1981. He received his Master's Degree in 1972 from American University and his Bachelor of Science in 1967 from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is affiliated with the Military Operations Research Society and volunteers regularly with the National World War I Museum in Kansas City, MO. In five years, Mr. Magee hopes to return to the workforce as a corporate consultant.
