Bernice H. Smith celebrates 25 plus years Military/Civilian Service

WARNER ROBINS, GA, September 4, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Bernice H. Smith, Forward Presence IM Demand Planner for the United States Department of Defense, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in military affairs.

With more than 25 years of experience as the Forward Presence IM Demand Planner for the United States Department of Defense, Ms. Smith is responsible for working at the Warner Robins Air Force base in Georgia, forecasting, validating and maintaining records of the needs of the aviation and commodity equipment needed for the C130/C5 and war fighters, and building customer relations. After serving in the United States Army for almost three years, which lead to several positions and promotions. She completed a DLA Internship Program at DSCR Richmond VA; before moving to Warner Robins Air Force Base. She attributes her success to her faith in God and strong mentors. Ms. Smith received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Counseling from the Suffield University, Twin Falls ID in 2005. She is also a Certified Nursing Assistant through the State of Georgia and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
