David W. DeSchoolmeester has five years of experience as a business operation manager for the United States Department of Veterans Affairs where he is responsible for managing a $78 million budget that provides scholarships to develop employees for healthcare positions. He became involved in his current profession after serving for 12 years in the United States Navy and having that career cut short by a disability.

Mr. DeSchoolmeester received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing with a minor in Economics and Computer Science from Lakeland College in 2006. He is a member of the American Society for Quality.
