Angela M. Dell Joins the Ranks of Leading Professionals
Angela M. Dell Joined the Coast Guard through a Desire to Challenge Herself
KETCHIKAN, AK, July 8, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Angela M. Dell, Boatswain's Mate for the U.S. Coast Guard, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in marine safety.
Prompted by a desire to challenge herself, Ms. Dell joined the Coast Guard 13 years ago. She currently serves as boatswain's mate and is responsible for handling navigation and scheduling buoys for ships as they come in. Recognized by the City of Ketchikan with the Federal Employee of the Year Award, she attributes her success to the support that she receives from her parents.
Ms. Dell is a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars. She aspires to become a chief with the U.S. Coast Guard within the next five years.
