She is a recipient of the James G. Roche Award for being an outstanding enlisted student.
BEAVERCREEK, OH, January 24, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Nanci R. Pigeon, Chief Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of defense services.
With 20 years of professional experience in the military, Ms. Pigeon is responsible for managing acquisitions and overseeing the transformation office. Inspired by her husband who was in the military, she pursued her own career in the United States Air Force. She is a recipient of the James G. Roche Award for being an outstanding enlisted student and attributes her success to her learning skills and her desire to excel.
Ms. Pigeon received her Master's Degree in Strategic Purchasing from Air Force Institute of Technology in 2005 and her Bachelor's Degree in Management from Park University in 2002. She is affiliated with the National Contract Management Association and supports Shriners Hospitals for Children. Her future plans include becoming a civilian contractor.
