Brian Maurelli Honored by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Military Service and Education
Engineering Specialist with the United States Army Reserve

SAINT PAUL, MN, January 6, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Brian Maurelli, Company Commander with U.S. Army Reserve, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of military service and education.

First Lieutenant Brian Maurelli has an impressive military background and specializes in engineering. At his current post, he is responsible for overseeing service men and women, providing daily briefings and scheduling training operations. Prior to his move to Minnesota to serve a term in the Reserves, Maurelli was a mathematics teacher with the Reading School District in Pennsylvania. He notes that he became involved in teaching because he excelled in math while in school. The highlight of his career was earning his teaching position and considers familial support to be the key to his success.

Maurelli is pursuing his Master of Arts in Educational Administration through the University of Scranton Online. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, with a concentration in secondary education, from Mercyhurst College in 2005 and is a member of the Pennsylvania State Education Association, the Association of the United States Army and the Army Engineer Association.
