NAI Realvest Principals Matt Cichocki & Kevin O'Connor negotiated the lease agreement representing the landlord, BW Plaza LLC, based in Winter Park.

The space has been leased for a U.S. Marine Corp. recruiting office that's expected to open Jan. 15.
