Bruce E. Morgenstern Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who Executive, Professional and Entrepreneurial Registry
He ventured into engineering and technology, following the example of his brother, and attributes success in these fields to his diligence and the support he receives from the people around him.

CHEYENNE, WY, November 8, 2008 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Bruce E. Morgenstern, Materials Staff Engineer for the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT), has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of public service.

Mr. Morgenstern has 30 years of professional experience, with the last 19 of these years spent with the Wyoming Department of Transportation. He specializes in civil engineering and is tasked with testing materials, overseeing chemical and asphalt testing, and serves as a liaison for the quality management system of the WYDOT Materials Laboratory as accredited by the AASHTO Materials Reference Laboratory in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Prior to joining the Wyoming Department of Transportation, Mr. Morgenstern served in the United States Air Force for eight years, four years as an enlisted man and four years as an officer, leaving the service as a first lieutenant. Prior to serving in the United States Air Force, Mr. Morgenstern worked in the private sector with the H.K. Ferguson Company in Cleveland, Ohio as well as Armco, Inc., in Columbus and Middletown, Ohio. He ventured into engineering and technology, following the example of his brother, and attributes success in these fields to his diligence and the support he receives from the people around him.

A licensed professional engineer in the State of Wyoming since 1993, Mr. Morgenstern received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University in 1984. Mr. Morgenstern also previously received an Associate in Engineering Technology from the Ohio College of Applied Science, University of Cincinnati, in 1976. He is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, a lifetime member of the American Legion, a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association and serves as treasurer for the Church of Christ in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
