As executive officer of the NTC Support Brigade, she is responsible for overseeing staff operations including the training and supervision of soldiers and civilian employees. She became involved in her profession because of her desire to help the soldiers and attributes her success to her hard work, dedication and to the support she receives from her colleagues and family. A high school graduate, Ms. McAllister contributes to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and numerous veterans hospitals in the United States.
