COLUMBUS, MS, October 11, 2008 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Christina Peace, Bioenvironmental Engineer for the U.S. Air Force, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of military service.

Ms. Peace brings six years of professional experience to the Air Force. Considered an authority on radiation protection, she is charged with overseeing industrial hygiene, environmental health and radiation services, conducting chemical, biological, noise and physical surveys, and performing air and drinking water sampling and hazardous materials response. She attributes her success to her supportive family, mentors and colleagues.

A member of the National Society of Black Engineers, Ms. Peace received her MBA from the University of Maryland in 2008 and her Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University in 2003. She volunteers with her local church in her spare time. Her goals for the future include obtaining a Master's Degree in Health Physics and working at the Air Force Occupational and Environmental Health Laboratory.
