She is primarily responsible for deploying new SAT software and assisting in establishing medical commands. Ms. Proctor began her career as a comptroller before progressing to her current position. She stays current with the trends in her profession by attending training programs and reading industry-related publications and feels that dishonesty and maintaining accurate accounting records are the most important issues facing her profession today.

Ms. Proctor received her Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University in 1992 and completed coursework in several high-level courses.
