Brian W. Hollis Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who Executive, Professional and Entrepreneurial Registry

MUNCIE, IN, October 30, 2008 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Brian W. Hollis, Instructor of Political Science at Ball State University, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership, and excellence in all aspects of higher education.

With more than 10 years of professional experience, Mr. Hollis specializes in teaching political science with National Defense Policy as his field of expertise. In addition to traditional students, he also teaches correctional students at several prison facilities throughout the state of Indiana. Mr. Hollis teaches a number of different courses including American National Government, Problems in Public Policy, and National Defense Policy.

Prior to becoming an instructor, Mr. Hollis served in U.S. Military Intelligence, where he specialized in tactics and strategy involved in the implementation of national defense policy. Mr. Hollis served in Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan where he earned numerous medals including the Army Achievement Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the War on Terrorism Service Medal, and Armed Forces Reserve Medal. Mr. Hollis achieved the rank of 1st Lieutenant before leaving the military in 2007.

Mr. Hollis received his Master's Degree in Public Administration from Ball State University in 2001 and his Bachelor's in Political Science from the University of Southern Indiana in 1997. He aspires to earn a Doctorate Degree in either educational organization and management or political science. Following in the footsteps of his parents who where also teachers, Mr. Hollis considers his faith in God to be the driving force behind his success.
