With more than 20 years of professional experience, Ms. Cupp has honed an expertise in fitness program development, planning and coordinating and implementing fitness events, programs and fitness education for Active Duty and Retired Navy personnel and their dependents. She previously served the U.S. Navy and is a recipient of the Navy Good Conduct Medal and the Navy Achievement Medal. She became involved in her profession because a civilian personal trainer inspired her. She considers her personal drive, passion for her profession and education to be the driving forces behind her success.

Ms. Cupp is a Certified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a Fitness Specialist through the Cooper Institute, a Certified Group Fitness Instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, and a Certified Spinning Instructor through Johnny G (Mad Dog Athletics). Ms. Cupp is also certified in CPR and First Aid through the American Red Cross. She is a member of the Navy Chief Petty Officers' Association and volunteers for the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society and the Combined Federal Campaign. In the future, she aspires to become a director.
