With decades of professional experience, Ms. Hall has owned HyperSolutions Business Consulting for three years. She has provided services in business, educational, government, and military settings. Prior to starting her own company, Ms. Hall served in the U.S. Army Reserves for 25 years. She is also currently an engineer and senior project manager at NASA for the past 18 years.

A product of the University of Alabama in Huntsville, Ms. Hall received her Master of Engineering Management in 1999 and her Bachelor of Science in Biological Science in 1994, and is also a certified instructor and facilitator. Her involvement in her profession stemmed from her experience in the U.S. military, and attributes her success to her personal drive and her independent nature. An active participant with the Society of Women Engineers, Ms. Hall hopes to complete her doctorate in the future.
