DeBenair Aviation Services, Inc. is an aviation training center that provides qualified and certified instruction for aviation enthusiasts. As the owner and CFO, Ms. Santiago utilizes her expertise in business management to supervise staff, ensure quality and licensed aviation training, and screen students for national security purposes. Prior to going into business for herself, she served in the United States military for 12 years. She attributes her success to her diligence, patience, and determination in the face of challenges.

Ms. Santiago earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Central Florida in 2001. A member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, she has been honored with the Army Achievement Medal three times and the Army Commendation Medal two times. She looks forward to developing her business further and eventually turning it over to her four sons.
