With more than 32 years of professional experience, Mr. Dittman was responsible for managing the production of various electronic equipment as well as overseeing finances and support services in the division. Tobyhanna Army Depot is a major element of the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command and is a full-service repair, overhaul and fabrication facility. A strong work ethic and support from his mentors and colleagues are the driving forces behind his success. Mr. Dittman completed coursework through the United States Department of the Army and the Electronics Journeyman Apprenticeship in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Dittman is a member of the American Legion and the Association of the United States Army.
