The Air National Guard, often referred to as the Air Guard, is a part of the United States National Guard and a reserve component of the United States Air Force. Mr. Mustafa excels in generating diversity, training, educating and consulting in leadership, team building, change management, risk management and mentoring initiative.

Mr. Mustafa began his career as a weapon specialist and progressed to his current position through hard work and dedication. He is responsible for advising and commanding. He was also invited to teach diversity at the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute. Prior to joining this company, he served as a maintenance and environmental compliance supervisor at Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority for 30 years. He stays current with the trends in his profession by networking.

Mr. Mustafa earned his Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management form the Inter American University of Puerto Rico in 2001. He received the Meritorious Service Medal from the Air National Guard and was honored as a superior performer for the Air National Guard diversity education and mentoring programs. He is a passionate motivational and keynote speaker.
