Claudia Ollar Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who Executive, Professional & Entrepreneurial Registry
Ms. Ollar completed her basic training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Brunswick in 1992. She has more than 16 years of professional experience in law enforcement and six years of experience serving as the supervisory deputy for the U.S. Marshals Service.
/Military and Defense News Articles/ - Macon, GA, May 2, 2008, Claudia Ollar, Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal for the U.S. Marshals Service, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of law enforcement and security.
Ms. Ollar has more than 16 years of professional experience in law enforcement and six years of experience serving as the supervisory deputy for the U.S. Marshals Service. Her daily responsibilities include managing prison operations, overseeing judicial and court security, facilitating the national asset forfeiture program, implementing security strategies, developing prisoner transportation system, collaborating with the Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force, supervising operations, and managing the continuity of operations plan and occupant emergency plan. She attributes her success to her education, self-motivation and the opportunity she received.
In 1992, Ms. Ollar completed her basic training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Brunswick. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1990. She has also completed the Reserve Officers' Training Corps Program and received a Commission to the United States Army Signal Corps. She is a member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association and is the recipient of the Letter of Appreciation from Alfred P. Murrah Building National Memorial Committee. Ms. Ollar considers the highlight of her career to be coordinating and providing security for Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer. In the next few years, Ms. Ollar hopes to become a Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal.
